Katrina Mountfort

Following a degree in biochemistry from Liverpool University and a PhD in food science from Leeds University, Katrina embarked on a career in scientific research, during which she published several papers. She spent ten years working for the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Foods in pesticide residue analysis and food contact materials, then embarked on forensic science research at Kings College London. In 2007, she began working in medical communications and has gained expertise in preparing reviews, conference reports, abstracts, posters and slide sets. She has experience in numerous therapeutic areas including oncology, endocrinology, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology and urology.
